P-Shot®

50% of men over the age of 50 report some issue with their sexual function. This can include a weaker erection or an inability to maintain an erection. If this describes you, don’t worry, you are not alone. The good news is that there now exist a natural, drug free way of treating erectile issues, no matter what your age is. The medical treatment is called the P-SHOT ® also known as the Priapus shot and it’s a non-surgical procedure with no down time. The procedure uses your own growth factors to stimulate cellular rejuvenation in your penis.

P-Shot® (Priapus shot) Our bodies have a remarkable capacity to heal themselves. Regeneration of tissue is accomplished by the natural production of stem cells. PRP involves concentrated platelets, rich in bioactive proteins, which release growth factors to stimulate cellular regeneration and accelerate tissue repair, increased girth and length, improvement in Peyronies Disease, increased sensitivity in the penis and better overall blood flow to the penis.

  • Non-surgical, no downtime
  • Safe and effective
  • Improves results of Viagra, Cialis or Trimix

Charles Runel, MD is the pioneer of the cosmetic application of PRP. In 2011, Dr. Runels registered and trademarked the Vampire FaceLift®procedure, later made famous by Kim Kardashian. Since then, Dr. Runels has added to the family of platelet rich plasma skin rejuvenation treatments including: Vampire Facial® Vampire Breast Lift®, Vampire Hair Therapy® as well as the O-Shot® and Wing Lift® for vaginal/sexual rejuvenation. A small amount of blood is drawn in the office at the time of the procedure. Your blood is then spun in a specially designed centrifuge which separates the platelets and plasma from the rest of the blood. The platelets are isolated and then injected back into the body wherever their benefits are needed. Along with numbing cream on the skin, a block is performed on the penis, so there is no pain.

The PRP injection is performed in our office. It should take about 60 minutes from start to finish but we do usually allow a little extra time. You may drive yourself home after the procedure.

Yes. Using a VED, or Vacuum Erection Device, is essential for achieving optimal success from the procedure. This is usually done twice daily. It requires only a few minutes of your time and without it, success rates are usually lower. We will walk you through it the first time.

You may resume sexual activity about 4 hours after procedure on the same day.

Since PRP is extracted from your own blood, there are few and only minor potential side effects. These include minor bleeding or bruising, swelling, and very rarely infection.

All patient looking to benefit from this treatment ask one hopeful question: are the results permanent? The short answer is no, the results are not a permanent fix for male sexual health dysfunction. But just because it’s not permanent doesn’t mean that it’s not long-lasting. In fact, among the dozens of other treatments for ED, this treatment has the longest-lasting results.

A pill for erectile dysfunction has a half-life of maybe 24 for hours. The results of this treatment last for far longer than a measly day. A single treatment with this injection can produce results that last between 12 and 18 months at a time. That’s over a year of improved sexual health and erectile functional for erectile dysfunction.

Results for this treatment will appear in stages. In the first 24 hours, many men report an improvement in sensation and sensitivity. Within 2 to 3 months, men have an improved ability to sustain an erection and have a heightened sexual drive. The ultimate results of the treatment appear after about 3 to 4 months, with a noticeable improvement in erection quality, sexual drive, and erectile sustainability, as well as marked improvements in length and girth.

We generally recommend men have a regularly scheduled annual treatment once a year to maintain the results of this treatment. However, some men will require secondary initial treatments to begin noticing results, which usually take place within 3 months after the first treatment. The frequency of your treatments will depend on how well your sexual health concerns are managed by the injection. We will help you determine the best frequency for your lifestyle and goals.

This is one treatment where more of a good thing means better results. n fact, the results of this treatment build on each other, meaning that improved blood flow and collagen production from this treatment will get better with time and subsequent injections. Some men report a 10% to 20% improvement in the length, girth, and curvature of the penis after repeated regular treatments.

This is a safe treatment for men, and unlike other treatments for ED, it will not cause any negative side effects. The safety of the treatment has to do with the fact that the injection is formulated with the patient’s own blood plasma, which means there is zero chance of allergic reaction or unexpected side effects.

How Do PRP Treatments Work?
PRP treatments are the latest buzz in cosmetic and medical techniques for a reason. PRP simply works. The trick with PRP is withdrawing enough of the patient’s blood to isolate blood plasma, a clear substance that is responsible for wound healing in the body. When the PRP is injected into the body, it jump-starts the body’s natural regenerative abilities, stimulating blood flow, collagen production, and the revitalization of nerves and tissues.

This treatment is ideal for handling the lack of sensation and decreased sex drive associated with erectile dysfunction, but it can help with other sexual health concerns too. For example, this treatment is commonly used to treat Peyronie’s Disease, which can affect the curvature of the penis when erect.

This treatment is an ideal alternative for many other treatments for erectile dysfunction, including artificial hormones, blood pressure modifiers, and physical pumps to improve blood flow. Because of the high risk of side effects associated with other treatments for male sexual health, many men prefer this shot to improve their sexual health concerns. In general, this treatment is the right option for any man who is experiencing sexual health concerns.

Because this treatment is safe for all men, most men are ideally suited to this treatment. Candidates for this treatment include any man who has not had success with traditional treatments for sexual health concerns.

Some clients choose to combine the P-shot with other modes of therapy to get the most value out of the treatment. If the traditional treatments for erectile dysfunction aren’t working, then it’s time to try something different. The benefits of PRP can mean a total revitalization of your sexual health. BoCox™

BoCox™ is a minimally invasive procedure that involves injecting 100 units of Botox® into the corpus cavernosum of the penis (two columns of spongy tissue that run through the shaft) – 50 units on each side of the corpus cavernosum muscle. Most people believe Botox™ can only be used in medical aesthetics procedures. However, Botox® is an incredibly multi-functional medication used for numerous purposes, including the treatment of ED (erectile dysfunction) for sexual and restoration of vitality in men. Ageless Injections offers cutting-edge BoCox™ treatment to help you achieve stronger and more intense erections.

When injected into the penis, Botox® relaxes the corpus cavernosum muscles, and the smooth muscles surrounding the blood vessels thus allowing more blood flow into the penis for stronger erections. The Bocox™ procedure uses less Botox® than what is recommended by the FDA to treat migraines—which has been done safely for over a decade. Using Botox® for Erectile Dysfunction is an off-label use for Botox® not approved by the FDA, as some other off-label uses like treatment of TMJ, excessive sweating and migraines.

In two separate independent studies, the injection of Botox® was beneficial to some men (not all) for whom PDE5 inhibitors (like Viagra and Cialis) had quit working. Botox® inhibits sympathetic adrenaline-related or parasympathetic vasoconstriction involved in the pathophysiology of erectile dysfunction. Bocox™ injection causes enlargement of the hepatic capillaries of cavernous tissue which seems to be mediated by smooth muscle relaxation. This gain in erection firmness by increasing arterial flow is similar to the mechanism of action in how Viagra and Tri-mix injections work.

In the latest randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled prospective comparative study at Cairo University, the most effective and longest-lasting dose for improvement of erection firmness was 100 units of Botox® in total. This study involved 176 male patients (ages 40–70 years) with vasculogenic ED insufficient erection for intercourse. Basically, these men were no longer responding to oral Viagra or Cialis and no longer responding to Trimix. It’s worth noting that a big portion of the men had chronic metabolic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, which is what is normally seen in men suffering from ED. Botox® interferes with the release of acetylcholine and norepinephrine-mediated sympathetic pathways and enhances the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor. In simple terms, it has a regenerative effect on the blood vessels of the penis.
